Meet Ryan Grey Smith and Ahna Holder. They had just this scenario when they bought an older home built in the 1940’s. Their solution was to build an oasis of sorts in their backyard, and ultimately, a business.
Modern-Shed builds green with locally sourced materials and their designs are extremely customizable. Their sheds are small, efficient spaces that are well-insulated and energy conscious. And they look cool! I think they are one of the better options for small, personal spaces available.
