The original idea behind Studio Shed was to create a simple storage unit for some extra sports equipment. Now Studio Shed has grown into a full service design company that builds really unique, high-end “backyard sheds”.
Although these aren’t your typical wobbly, metal backyard sheds. These are almost too beautiful to be called “sheds”. They are sleek and full of upscale design elements. Open, and bright, they allow light to come in from all sides if you choose. This modern small house design is suitable for many uses as well: office, studio or guest house.
One of the nicer features of Studio Shed is their Configurator page where you can build and price any of their sheds with the amenities you like in 3D.
I spent time doing this last weekend, and within minutes I had several designs that would work well for my backyard saved and printed for my planning file.
Also, I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email from Gregg Crandell the following Monday checking in to see if I had any questions about the designs or the options I had selected. No pressure, just customer service. I’m impressed Studio Shed. I will be back.
