Paris Micro Apartment With Magical Storage

This crafty little Paris micro apartment has storage lessons for any tiny house aficionado.  And Parisians know how to live well in small spaces. Due to the extreme prices and lack of space, residents of Paris have been “living tiny” long before the trend spread to the states.

This apartment is uncluttered and modern and seems much larger than its 130 square feet. It’s definitely a great representation of creativity and clever interior design features over lack of space.

Packed with cool custom-built furniture everything has been built to allow sleight-of-hand and reconfiguration of the appliances and furniture that enables very enjoyable use of space.

Virtually every piece of furniture turns into something else or simply disappears into custom storage areas.   The bed is pulled out like a drawer from beneath the kitchen floor. The coffee table cleverly moves beneath shelves, and hidden under the stairway is “the linen closet”.

This may be one of tinniest interiors of Paris, but it certainly is one of the most comfortable and pleasant ones. It truly is a design that boasts that living tiny isn’t really about the available space, but the level of creativity and usability of the space at hand.

Well done!
