This sleek, tiny guest house really catches the eye! Its shiny exterior and modern design stands out from the “rustic” tiny crowd in a big way. The builder, Ron Rusnak began with a shell and transformed it into this contemporary, 200-square-foot delight.
The tiny house is complete with a tall ceilings and a portable cedar deck. 
It sold for $36,500 just 3 weeks after being listed. The buyer uses it as a guest house on his own property in Portland, Oregon.
