It’s tucked between Montecitos’ upper and lower villages. Hidden away in the oaks it offers a perfect balance of privacy and proximity, historic style and natural elements. It’s just a tad out the price range of the average tiny house aficionado!

However, it is very distinctive for it’s 500 square feet. It’s a “green” home, built long before being “green” was required. And many re-purposed and salvaged features abound. I love that it has a working potters kiln!
It definitely has the cottage feel and the views are wonderful…however that price!
My kudos to the the original designer, as it is charming beyond words. However, even with the famous neighbors and rich history, I don’t know if there is a buyer at that price point. What do you think?
