Idea Box is one of my favorite small home manufacturers.
Many tiny house designs are dark and rather rustic. This is not the case with Idea Box. They are modern. They are open. And they are rich with features such as quartz countertops; stainless appliances and bamboo flooring. Their designs really appeal to me.
I could actually see myself living in almost all of their models as they produce a modern tiny house that appears to have been planned for people to be able to enjoy living in for the long haul. Their dual pane, efficient windows are large and airy and allow tons of light streaming in the windows. Something that is missing from many of the smaller trailer-mounted tiny homes currently available.
They have been designing prefab housing for 20 years…long before the tiny house boom of the last few years. I love the modern look of their spaces and their layouts make sense to my mind.
Most house models designed by Idea Box are smaller than 1,000 square feet.
